EMIT Care is our dedicated ownership program, available exclusively to EMIT Yacht owners. Designed to simplify every aspect of ownership, it combines technical support, ownership management, and exclusive privileges into one seamless experience.
From preparing your yacht for the season to coordinating maintenance, permits, crew, and lifestyle services, our team remains by your side long after delivery.
Because at EMIT, the relationship does not end when the yacht leaves the shipyard, it continues every time you step onboard.
Our Services
Scheduled maintenance, genuine parts, and certified technical support
Maintenance & Repairs
Scheduled engine and drive service (every 100 hours or annually), winter lay-up with freshwater flushing and fogging, spring recommissioning, and all repair work using OEM-sourced parts. Antifouling application and gelcoat repairs also available.
Our team oversees vessel readiness, routine inspections, maintenance scheduling, technical follow-up, and ongoing support to ensure your yacht remains ready for the adventures ahead.
Whether preparing for a weekend cruise or coordinating annual servicing, EMIT Care provides a single point of contact for your yacht's ongoing care.
Customer Support
Phone and email support during business hours (Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–17:00). Technical hotline for on-water issues, parts ordering with tracking, and coordination of warranty claims with engine and component manufacturers.
EMIT Care assists with operational and administrative requirements, including maintenance tracking, crew coordination, permit renewals, inspections, and launch preparation.
By managing the details behind the scenes, we allow owners to focus on what matters most, enjoying life on the water.
Ownership Program
Registered owners receive priority scheduling, extended warranty coverage on hull and drivetrain (up to 5 years), and early access to EMIT events and new model launches. Trade-in valuations for existing EMIT owners upgrading within the range.
As part of EMIT Care, owners gain access to a curated network of hospitality, lifestyle, and service partners designed to elevate every experience onboard and ashore.
From catering and beverages to hospitality experiences, island escapes, luxury ice services, and other exclusive benefits, EMIT Privileges brings additional convenience and enjoyment to every voyage.
Refit & Upgrade
Interior re-upholstery, electronics upgrades (Garmin, Raymarine), engine repower and re-prop, gelcoat restoration, and structural modifications. Full refit projects managed with a dedicated project lead and timeline.
